Hi,
I bought HP dv6000 Laptop in June. Its purchased in USA and now out of warrenty. Now I have mother board issue with it. I have requiested for the replacement (paid service) at the HP Service Center in Indiranagar.
I was told that the part was not available and that they would get it shipped from USA and service it in 2 weeks. It took another 2 weeks and then the part shipped again had a problem. Now its 2 months and still the laptop is not ready. I have been following up with all the people right from service personnel to Senior Manager level. I have invested my time/energy and money into it. I now want not only my laptop serviced but also compensation for all the losses incurred. I want them to waive all the service expenditure they have quoted me (14876.24/-) in order to service the laptop.
