HSBC/CITIBANK credit cards- a pain

Sir, I was using 3 credit cards (2 from citibank and 1 of HSBC). Both my citi cards were paid in end 2008 and begining 2009 post bill delivery related disputes were settled. Till date, my cibil shows these cards as "written off "instaed of "closed". One of HSBC was fully paid in ...
