HSBC/CITIBANK credit cards- a pain

Sir,

I was using 3 credit cards (2 from citibank and 1 of HSBC). Both my citi cards were paid in end 2008 and begining 2009 post bill delivery related disputes were settled. Till date, my cibil shows these cards as "written off "instaed of "closed". One of HSBC was fully paid in Aug. Still its showing up as written off. Due to this my credit scores have come down drastically in last 1 yr.

Inspite of me chasing these banks, there is no revert from them. Everytime i get a reply " we are getting the same rectified" however no action is taken so far. Plse help.
