Eduction of money for caller tune
Sir, I wish to state that BSNL is required of money, by giving caller tunes to those who do not require it and deduct money from there account. This is not the proper way of increasing the revenue. This is simply cheating the customer. Yestarday 12/11/08 at 9.30pm i received a message from 56700 ...
