Hi, i gave a complaint on may 11th that my Kinstar cooler motor is not working . the request no is hyd1105120382.it is almost one week, the problem is not resolved yet.on may 12th, i got a message from customer care that the request is cancelled. i don't know why? i called to customer care again ...
