Hi, i gave a complaint on may 11th that my Kinstar cooler motor is not working . the request no is hyd1105120382.it is almost one week, the problem is not resolved yet.on may 12th, i got a message from customer care that the request is cancelled. i don't know why? i called to customer care again and they told that the request is re opened . they provide the respective engineer no and told that he will contact you and resolve the problem immediately. no one called me for 2 days then i called to engineer and asked about compliant . he told me that there is no request/compliant assign to me . he also told me that one week old requests are still pending and need to repair.i don't understand what's going on between customer care and the repair engineers. why this much time they are taking to repair the cooler in this hot summer.
