No redressal from the company inspite of repeated complaints
WE BOUGHT KENT WATER PURIFIER ON 11 JUNE. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO INSTALL IT ON 12 JUNE. THERE WAS AN ALARM SOUND WHEN HE FIXED IT AND HE SAID THAT THE FILTER IS BROKEN. WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS THE HEAD OF THE CUSTOMER CARE, MR, MATHREJA MORE THAN 5- 10 TIMES DAY BUT ...
