I purchased a giordano watch last year from bangalore from a just in vogue store and after moving to. Mumbai about six months back realised that the strap had worn out. I tried getting it changed at point of sale but everyone has refused and am supposed to check with some mother store in Juhu..whose address no one has given. For a strap if i have to travel 15 KM then it is ridiculous. The company should have some provisions for giving accessories.
