Mis selling/ Mis communication from the employees of SBI Cards

I am holding a Credit Card with a limit of Rs 118000 for more than a year than one fine day I recieved a call from one of SBI executive who proposed thatI have been selected for the upgradation of my gold card to Platinum card & as one of the benefits he told that my credit limit will be enhanced by 40 % for which I need to give acall to customer care & then n there my limit will be enhanced because of which I gave my acceptance for the offer over the phone. This entire conversation was recorded for future references (as claimed by the executive).

But when I called the customer care after recieving the platinum card they told me that my limit can not be enhanced & according to the executive Rs 118000 is my enhanced limit enjoyed by me.
