We would like to inform you that we have received the cheque of Rs.18000.00 vide cheque number 705879 but the same was dishonoured as the payment was stopped by drawer. Thus, your card account was levied with payment dishonour fee and finance charges.

However, as service gesture we have already credited Rs.505.62 towards payment dishonor fee and Rs.610.15 towards finance charges on your account and the credit for the same is reflective vide your statement dated August 14.
