This is complaint about chandan Pattanayak the fake shares broker in new panvel. he was doing business in new panvel from 1995 . I was his lient from 2003. I has invested Rs 2, 12, 217/ - in the shares market from his firm . he has not transfer sharesy demat account. & i sold shares of rs. 55970/- by his with i were got from IPO. & give delivery note to him. on november he has close his office. I ask him he told me he has some economical problem . he give me post dated cheqes of RS 3, 25, 620/ in march . (the price of shares in in janyary 2007. but cheqe got bounce as account was closed. now I have filed case of 138 against him. but he is living on rent. & chenging his address after every 11 months. and not presenting in court.
