I have submitted all the documents to you. I don’t have any other documents for submission.

If you do not pass the medi-claim then good. You can cross verify the hospital and the doctor how they can deal.

The doctor already told to me. If the Apollo Munich will not pass your claim then you have to file a case against them I am ready to help you. You definitely win the case. Further you can publish that letter into news paper. I will prove these three point s into the court. You also get the late penalty amount. I will take my next step for your reply

In which hospital my sister was admitted not a two or five star hospital, i also take a mediclaim policy from national insurance they passed my several calim from this clinic. if you are not passed my claim thats fine but i will mind this thinks and told to other please be care full while you purchase a Apollo Munich policy. Apollo munich has lots of policy definition you have to go to buy other company policy.

now my cliam has been rejected. before that i got a query reference#40309 regarding my sister mediclaim. i have few question regarding your investagation team or whoever settle the medicalim.

1. if the person submitted all the document regarding mediclaim but if you are raise a query thereafter the person will full your requirement.

2. when we fullfill all the document regarding your query. At the end of the day you saying your claim was not approved. you are not checking the document which is submitted by the claimnt.
