DESCRIPTION
I used my SBI debit card for a transaction in march details of which are as follows

Transaction Date and Time 28-03 12:58:51
Payment Amount (Rs.) 6298.98
I am constantly mailing Freedom Rewards customer care on [email protected] but
they just don;t seem to solve this matter. Also replies don't come in regularly to my mails.
I mailed them on

13th Apr
16th Apr
24th Apr
28th Apr
15th May
5th June
14th June
19th June
22nd June
The only response I got was on 17th May in which they responded "With regards to your query, we
sincerely apologize for the delay. We have escalated the same to the concern team and will keep
you posted regarding the same at the earliest."
I am not sure what is their earliest.
