WRONG COMMITMENT

Dear Sir,

All customer care officer in HDFC Bank layers, No person help of the customer, i have one two wheeler loan with Hdfc bank. but this time i m very unsatisfied with hdfc bank. we will call in hdfc bank customer care at last tuesday on dated 13 dec for monthly EMi due of amount 2324/-, but customer care officer told me, we will not present again cheque in your bank because your account with another bank if you have hdfc bank saving account so we will present cheque again so i said please send me your executive for collection of cash payment. But till date no person call me for due payment of loan. Yesterday i checked my account in show the cheque presented by hdfc bank and again shown in account statement cheque bouncing charges. i cant afford the cheque bouncing charges. kindly request to you, Please refund my amount by hdfc bank.
