Alance deduction

My mobile no is-9874841221.During last one month when i recharge my account, then twenty or above rupees deducted from my account.i known from customer care representative that nazara video service pack has been activated in my mobile, then i said the person that pls.deactivate my service, but any body customer care representative could not stop my service, so.i cant recharge my account of necessary value.

so, sir please stooped my all value added service, and don't start any value added service without my permission, otherwise i will change my service provider.
