I opened a commodity account in Indiainfoline.. I invested Rs.10000/- they deducted some amount for account opening charges.. i believed that these people know the business and they will manage it properly.. any buying or selling has to be with my knowledge.. i opened the account through a person who has resigned the job, i tried contacting him sometime before to check the status and balance in my account he did not pick the phone i called the office directly and i was informed that he has resigned the job, when i asked them about the status of my account they now inform me that my balance is 1000/- and they have lost 8000/- in trading.. they have booked loss of 8000/- without my knowlege.. I am not going to leave them at this stage.. I will be filing a consumer case soon..
