This is to inform you that MSEB Dombivli authorities have illegally cut our electricity connection without any proir intimation when the home was locked and family members were away. A cheque no. 996431 for Rs. 490 drawn on Andhra Bank was dropped at the drop box at MSEB Baji Prabhu Chowk on 10th December. The Bill for December is due on 3rd January and the amt. is only 249/- to be paid next month. It is surprising that the authorities are blind to the illegal pilferage of power all around them and target sincere customers who regularly pay their bills.
We therefore request you to look into the matter and restore electricity connection today itself.
