Dear Sir,
Am a consumer of MSEB staying in Mumbra, since last 4 days there is no electricity in our area. Since last 4 days we are giving around 10 compainsts in a day but there is no responsible person to listen and sort out the issue.
Whenever we call at the number 022-25464118 they not even giving proper answer to us and they always misbehave on phone.
Don't you think no electricity for 4 days is really poorest thing of MSEB? We talk about brand but with no value of it?
MSEB branch of Munbra has prooved that MSEB cannot manage the city properly as all employees in this branch are HARAM KHOR...
Have spoken to Mr. Zaid (Operator) who always misbehave on phone and there are other operator as well who not even sometimes pickup the phone and says many lies to us if they get connected.
Mr. Zaid (Operator of MSEB branch, Mumbra, MAC Company) is a bullshit guy having no sense on how to behave on phone and how to talk to the customers? Why we have such people in MSEB who spoils the name of entire organization? Can't we get a person to work in MSEB from good family?
Mr. Singh (An Engineer in MSEB Mumbra branch) not even ready to listen the problems? Then why we have such Engineers who just enjoying their salaries without doing any work over there? Can't we get the person who is realy in need of Job and can work hard to bring up MSEB?
IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN MSEB WHO CAN REALY SUPPORT THE LOCAL PEOPLE IN SUCHC SCENARIO?
When people gets violent then at that time they work fine but again they start behaving in the same manner?
IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE OR HEAD OF DEPARTMENT WHO CAN TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH EMPLOYEE OF MUMBRA MSEB BRANCH?
Don't know how much this email of mine will effect the performance of MSEB as we know that nobody wants to work and need salary to come in their account monthly but still I assume that atleast someone in MSEB will be there who realy have an HUMINITY in him who will surely understand the problems of people facing power failure since last 4 days.
DON'T FORGET THAT THERE IS NO POWER SUPPLY SINCE LAST 4 DAYS. NOT EVEN FOR A SINGLE SECOND.
HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A FAMILY WITH YOU AND YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT WILL BE THE IMPACT IF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FACE SUCH ISSUES.
Waiting for a positive reply from your end and action to be taken against the staff of MSEB Mumbra branch, specially with Mr. Zaid... sorry to say but am seriously telling you he is a bullshit guy you have in your MSEB team.
