Not refunded the fee

Respected SIR,

This is a complain against the institute "ACCURATE COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT". After giving the interview they asked to pay first installment which they have to refund according to AICTE norms if we dont take addmission.

"ITS AN YEAR THEY HAV NOT RETURNED THE MONEY" if we call them they insult us and talk rudely.

sir that money means a lot to me and my faily please take an action against it.
