Transaction Cancelled But Still Amount Is Debited from Bank Account

Hi Team,

I Tried to book The ticketto bijapur online on vrl logistics.com as usual and my transaction got failed and my ticket couldn't be booked, however the amount of 410 INR is been debited from my Citi Bank account, When I checked with the Ticket booking, there is no ticket booked and the status is Transaction failed.

However I booked the ticket with my other card.

Now That my transaction from Citi bank is failed I need the money back into my bank account to the earliest, as the transaction is failed.

I have Attached My Bank Statement as below

16/11 PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 16NOV0931 Card no.: 5497XXX0XXXX5903 16NOV VRL LOGIS -TECH Ref: 132019399029 Ref No :- 16NOV0931

I need the Monay Back into the acc immediately.
