Food Delayed

Ordered food at 1pm, expected delivery time given within 40 mins. Food never arrived till 1.40pm, when called at 2pm - "oh the food din't reach. will check and get back" was the reply from SUBWAY. Nobody calls again till 2.30 :(Furious at the person taking order I call again to check my order and I get the exact same reply. I request them to resend my order as its been 1.30 mins since i placed ordered :(Net net things went on for 2.20 mins and food finally got delivered at 3.20 pm. But the worst was the manager din't even bother to come on the phone when i asked time and again. Even later he din't call to apologize for the entire delay. The MANAGER named Mr. Salim never bothered to revert, freebies was way off. WHAT KIND OF A MANAGER IS THIS WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE DELIVERIES??? DO SUCH PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN RETAIL??
