Non-delivery of gas cylinder even after one and half month

I booked for a gas cylinder on 02-12.icontact on 26-12 for non supply of my cylinder.on that particular date on the board supply date was 04-12.iasked them when the supply for 04-12-09 is finished why not my cylinder has been supplied to me.they don't gave me satisfatory answer. i booked complain on that date on their complain register.again i visited them on 06-01-10 and registered complaint. but till date i have not received my cylinder.
