My consumer No is 87661A SV.No 346347 of Guwahati Shivam Gas Service, Assam, under Indane, IOCl. My delear is very corrouip and he is always selling cylinders at black markets as a result we had to suffer every months since last one year. Frequentlyn we have to go and beg them for cylinders as we are helpless, as both the cylinders gets finised due to non delivery of cylinders despite timely booking. Many a times I have seen them giving cylinders in from of me to persons who had not booked even, may be taking extra money. My last delivery of filled cylinders was on 11.04.2010 and i have to use the cylinder the same day. I have booked for next cyulinder on 02.05. but till date I have not been delivered cylinder and both of my cylinder is empty and iave to take some other means of cooking, this is the patateic condition of Lpg supply at Guwahati, same ot IOCl and its dealers for corruption. On enquiring the dealer requesting for supply of cylinders, they told till date the persons booked on 24.04 are being provided. I dont Kinw when I will get the cilled cylinders and again use LPG for Cooking. Thank you for good service.
Please try to do some favour by restricting your dealears form this kind of mal practice and stop harrrising the common genuin public who cant afford to purchase cylinders at exubirant price in black.
