Complaint against Moginis vendor between Platform no. 2 and 3 on Pune railway station, near foot over bridge and wheeler book stall.
We were travelling from Tirupati to Mumbai on mid night of 20/08, we reached Pune station (Platform no. 3) around 1:00 AM. On Pune station we purchased 1/2 ltr jar of cold Drink the vendor charged us Rs. 25 but on the rate list it was mentioned as Rs. 22. When we asked him, he told that rate is for Pepsi and you have purchased Limca (I believe price for Limca and Pepsi is same, if not then he should mention both the rates) in the mean while one of the vendor used abusing language. There was 1 on duty RPF police (D D Patil) on our train we called him and explained the entire scenario. Vendor immediately refunded us Rs. 2. These means if we wan't argue with them than they keep on charging us extra amount or if there wouldn't be any police person present vendor wouldn't have refunded us the money.
Problem is not Rs. 2 but the problem is Vendors keeps on charging additional amount on every products. He was charging Rs. 20 for 2 Vada pav (Cold one), Rs. 15 for Bread vada. I personally feel this were also not the genuine amount to be charged for.
I believe appropriate action would be taken against this complaint
