Non Delivery of Gas Cylinde

NON- DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

It is almost more than 21 days that cylinder was booked with the agency M/s. MJV Agencies, Ambattur Estate, Chennai, . But delivery is not done till date. No body is picking the pone calls, and if also the lady attending the call is not properly replying or listing to the compliant. I have called the agency more than 5 times I was informed that the delivery will be made tomorrow and I heard about the saying now I could experience the truth that “tomorrow never comes”. When I asked about this the lady never bothered to listen instead she was chatting and laughing with the others next to her and not listing to the compliant.

I am forced to write the compliant to inform that such a big Agency having employed a worthless and not caring for the customers.

Please do help me out and try to solve these kinds of happening.
