Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder & Negligence in responding

Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 8/35 Lakshmipuram, vadapalani, chennai, and user of Indian gas. In our Area Sri Guruvayurappan services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. 01.2010). considering your rule i called up the agency on 10.02.2010 to book a fresh cylinder. The agency accepted the booking and said the cylinder will be issued after 13 days (21 13) when questioned he gave a vague answer for some customers he delivers cylinders even after 40 days. The worest part of it is he started guding me that it is not a commercial product and asking me to use it in limited propotion plus added that, this is how his agency works (raising a strong objection towards his comments)

Moreover the sad part is he is not ready to address any query over the phone and instructing us to visit office for all the issues. The agency has to understand the importance of providing the contact number and realise every valuable customer is working and not idle.

I would request you to address my problem & see to that the cylinders are getting delivered on time with an acceptable delay of 1 or 2 days
