Maruti service center is very famous for their service and customer response but I realized that after 4 month it gets slowdown or stops. For the first service they have only washed my vehicle, saying that there is no need of any change of oil, coolant. On second free service I experienced that my vehicle started vibrating, For the compliant to service center, they send their person for checking, he found the issue and he have suggested me to send the vehicle back to workshop. But even after the visit to service center, I found no result. and after that no communication from service center.
My suggestion to the car owner, please check your vehicle in front of the service center person, note clearly on handover form. And get it check after the service.
I have a question that the issue with my Ritz-VX car or the issue is with service parameters applied by service center.
