I have a Maruti Alto LXI. I had a stating problem, so I called the Maruti Helpline number 1800 1800 180, from where I was told that I have to call the Maruti On Road Helpline number 1800 4200. It's 9:16 A.M. 09/10 and when I called the lines were going busy and it was for lone periods. 1st call made at 8:50 A.M and ended at 9:00 A.M. and then again at 9:05A.M. which ended at 9:15A.M.
The number 1800 4200 was going busy, this just goes to show that Maruti is making crap cars contrary to the claims that they make or that they Customer Care is crap and is irresponsible.
