I Dipak Dumar Dash, Managing Director, Safeguard Estates Private Ltd, Kalinga Nagar, IInd Lane, Plot No-28, Berhampur-10, Ganjam, Orissa, purchased a Maruti Zen Estilo VXI on 6th July 2010 from Lohiya Motors, Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa vide Chasis No:-MA3EMDE1S00261670 and Engine No:-K10BN4032014 and after completion of 1st servicing at Maruti Authorized dealer LOHIYA MOTORS PVT LTD-DHARMA NAGAR MAIN ROAD, Berhampur, Ganjm, Orissa, Pin-760002 vide Dealer Code:-E201.I had gone to Anugul for some important business work in my car and while returning on 25.07.2010 to Berhampur suddenly the break failed at Nalco Square (Anugul, Orissa) and the vehicle met with a serious accident and the vehicle severely damaged
I have lodged a complaint to their mail id (firstname.lastname@example.org) vide complain no-9497629807 to Maruti Udyog Ltd. In reply they were only sending courtesy mails but doing nothing to my complain. In spite of repeated mails on different days they have yet to take have any action to repair my vehicle not even contacted me once. The vehicle laying ideal at below given Maruti dealer of Angul.

In spite of repeated reminders they have not send parts estimate of my vehicle to the concerned insurance company even after a week .The vehicle is a new one and because of the defect of their own it met with the accident. I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided to me and disillusioned with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruti Suzuki.
