Hi sir,

I book my railways ticket for Jammu tavi for 31 july. i got 4 confirm ticket PNR (2208918793) train name "utter sumpark karti 2445" in s1 coach seat no 45, 42, 53, 46 .

When I reach New Delhi railway station. i didn’t found s1 coach on train. When I asked ticket checker. He said you have to set on general coach.

My family was travel in general coach with lot of issue.

Could you help me how I can raise this issue?
