I have sent cargo from Dubai to Kozhikode thro the services of Avni Cargo on 9th May worth of INR 20, 000. They have not delivered my cargo and instead of that some junk materials were delivered to my house. Those stuff were removed after one month and that too after constant complaints. Still after two months, my Cargo is not delivered and this is the worst service i ever expected. This experience has taken away the trust to send any item by way of cargo to India.
I went to Dubai office of Avni cargo located behind Bangalore Resturant in Naif area and came to know that they won't open their offices at all time. Their service is not trustable at all. From my experience please dont opt this service provider.
Their website is a cheating one which does not show the track of your bill number. Their official phone numbers in various branches at UAE and Chennai are not working. Nowadays they are not lifting the official mobile also. Mr. Mustafa claiming the Manager of Dubai unit (00971509255766) will always give replies like you will receive it, it's on the way, cleared from Chennai Airport, which will make you crazy.
If anybody else have faced similar problems, pls. Support me on this issue. Also i am planning legal action against this.
