Misbehaviour of Landlord

Dear Sir,

Please suggest me whether we can file a complaint against landlord in Delhi. The issue is minor but it is essential to make the landlord realise that they should respect their tenants and give them all services which they have committed.

I am talking about my landlord in Delhi named Anup Singh. They are the haryana jaats and are ruling community in Delhi. The problem is with the necessisities, restrictions and putting a blame on us, even though we are his most decent tenants ever.
