Sub: The wardrobe design and fitting not matching to the design and contractual agreement which has been signed and submitted to me. Need an immediate attention and the fitting of the wardrobe has to be exact as the drawings provided.
For your kind attention, myself Mr. Nikhil Paul had placed an order with Future groups (Home solutions retail (India) LTD) for the Modular Wardrobe in my Apartment D1-0203 L&T SOUTH CITY APTS, AREKERE LAYOUT, BANNERGHATA ROAD, BANGALORE.ordered at Marathahalli branch, bangalore
The code number for the same is 600315768 and description of item is Modular Wardrobe.
I have been presented with the following designs and diagrams which are attached in the email and also in the contractual agreement, but it’s been a surprise to me when the actual materials have reached my Apartment that during fitting the design is totally against the one which had been signed in the contract dated on 17-06.This has been immediately noticed by me and highlighted to you and project team on the same date at time of fitting 09 August.
Even strange to the fact i have ended up paying the full amount upfront for the entire items on the belief of such a reputed organization will not do malpractice and frauds.

But it’s to my deepest agony and mental pain that i am getting no commitments from my respective contact points as its being now feeling to be like an individual organization and not a corporate institution. I feel like a trap that i have paid my full payment and its nobody pain except alone of mine.
Due to all this misleading design and materials which are at my site now, I would not like you to complete the fitting for the same as it’s not at all matching with the design in the agreement signed by me.
So please stop all the work at my site. And if any more work to be continued i would need it to be strictly complied with the design what i have signed in the contract dated on 17-06.
Expecting an immediate and prompt response from you at highest priority.
Note: Even the items have reached my premise by approximate 57 days from the date of signing of contract. Also attached is the design for the wardrobe items.
Follow up 1 : &&&&&&&&&&&&&-
Sub: Follow-up email for the previous email (date: Aug 09 at 10:05 pm) stated with subject " Immediate Attention Required (Code number 600315768 and description of item is Modular Wardrobe)". I need an update on when the committed design for my wardrobe will be delivered.
For your immediate and urgent attention, myself Mr. Nikhil Paul has met with your site supervisor Mr. Ramchand and his team for again doing a site survey dated 11 - Aug at 1.20 pm for the faulty items supplied to my place. He has been explained with the entire faulty items which have been delivered to my site.
After that i had called Ms Rajani for knowing the update as promised by your team where i was supposed to get a call in the next 1 hrs on the solution and replacement of the faulty design.
But as usual there was no response from my contact point. So i had called the same person and my call was transferred to Site Manager Mr. Vijay. Its surprising and shocking for me that such a responsible person representing a reputed group instead of trying to replace the faulty items and to get my wardrobe fixed i am again presented with a site survey for understanding the site. It’s becoming as a mockery to a customer (Nikhil Paul) who has ended up with full payment and for which items is already delayed by more than 60 days, but i am still facing the story of site survey.
For your kind notice there has been 4 times site survey before fixing the design and also before making the 50% payment. And after all these 4 times survey the contract was made with drawing and design. Now after the materials are delivered again i had already completed 2 rounds of site survey.
When i have reported to Future group contact point about faulty items at the day of fixing itself again 1 more site survey. Today just again i finished one more site survey.
It’s a plain mockery after explaining and showing all the faulty items even now future group contact point is responding to me one more site survey. I would request you the please go through the drawing and design and if the items are made as per the design and drawing in agreement then all these problems are solved. But instead don’t present me with faulty items and try to fix that with the name of site survey.
I would request you not to make a mockery of a customer who has not believed on any individual on making full payment to all my items to Wardrobe. The only trust and belief i had its part of future group (Home solutions retail ltd). But now i am feeling pained mentally and being played fraud by a group of people.
I am incurring both financial loss and above all these the mental strain because of the irresponsible behavior of you. How you can make alteration on a design without even informing or even my consent (Nikhil Paul).
I just need the same design and drawings fitted at the earliest which has been agreed by me and signed in the contract.
Expecting your immediate response and dates on which my agreed contractual design will be delivered.
