Bad service

I am the owner of B-302 Tanishq Apt Kharadi, PUne-14. i am facing the problem of water leakage on the roof of my Kitchen from past 4-5 years (from when i bought) and i called an engineer and he checked but not able to detect the problem. i had informed to the Mr. Deepak Navlakha (Builder), Mr. Hardgude (Supervisor), and chairperson of the 'B' building verbally and in writing but no response from them.

Please do the needful.
