July 17 a Sears Home Improvement salesman came to our home to give us an estimate on garage door. We signed the papers to purchase one with installation to take place between August 15-30th. Another guy came out and took measurements about 3 weeks after said purchase. On the 17th of August I began making calls to the Louisville, Kentucky office to see why no one has called to set a date for installation. I've made several phone calls to this office, including the office in Florida and even to the credit card service. Here it is the 30th of August and Paul in Lousiville hasn't returned my calls, the last time I called (this morning), Tina who fields the calls, ...my call went straight to voice mail. We are in the process of trying to cancel this, and... I will also be sending a letter/email to CEO Louis D'Ambrosio to make him aware of the bad quality of and no response of employess of this division of the company.
