It is once again proven that goverment does not have regulation on private schools and their fee structure.
And the poor citizens are being a victim of this.
Recently a school in Whitefield "Deens Academy", has drastically increased the fees.
Suddenly school has became very expensive. The principal and management does not seem to respect, even listen to the voice of the parents.
Last year school issued the fees receipts indicating that the first component of 25, 000/- is merely admission fees, which is one time payment.
Now, the school has converted this "Admission fees" part (one time component) to a regular component and further chargining 10% revision on overall component. Now fees have jumped from 50, 000/- to 82, 000/-
Further, school has communicated about this changes in January when all other schools are closed for admission. Parents are now clueless and having no other choice than continuing their kid's education with this expensive institution.
Can anybody suggest, how parents will be covered / protected against such uncertaintities?
