Not Functioning

I have brought a IFB elena washing machine, but in time intervals its functioning stops, Complains are beeing lodged but in this 3-4 months several times they have changed the motor of the machine reasoing for its defect. It takes around 7-8 days in replacing the motor, even more the customer servises are not reacting well to the situation and pointing the fingers on us for the damage.
