Very-2 poor service - not having qualified technicians/eng-to fool indians n making money for IFB

I launched complaint on 16may'2011 after 2 days one person "Surendra Sharma (9350095301)" without carring any IFB documents or identity card came into my home. On that date my husband was at home he allowed him to checked the machine. After checking he said that"your machine's electonic card is not working which needs to be replaced". My husband said "ok change it". After 2-3 days 2 boys came in afternoon around 1:30pm saying we are from IFB when I asked show me any papers or any proof that you came from IFB but they couldn't show me any proof so I didnt allow them to came inside due to the safety reasons. I phoned to customer service center (24*7) of IFB I was told that they will send Sr. techanican. No one came. Again I contacted customer care center I got the same reply that the Sr. person will be sent. Today i.e 26/05 one boy came saying he came from IFB when I asked about Icard of IFB he said I don't have. However, I allowed him to check my washing machine. After checking he said that motor is not working.when i said on spinning it works how can you say motor is not working then he said that drum is not working, after that i said check on spinning but on that it works then i argue how can you say drum is not working. Then I showed him that machine is working on all function accept prewash. After that he has no answer and he contacted on phone to the 1st person (surender sharma) after a long talk then he said that only mr surender sharma will do the needfull. After that I telephone to customer center but nobody pick up the phone. However, around 10pm (26/05) I got the line and talked to mr sombit when i told him that 2day 1 guy came from IFB to repair my washing machine without any papers/IDcard issued from IFB I was shocked when he said that it is companies policy no IDcard or documents provided to the technician or service eng.once you have launched a complaint to IFB you are supposed to understand tht person came from IFB is a genuine person.when i said after 10 days I didn't get any service from IFB please provide me a contact no to your seniors he said we don't have any number. then i said ok but can i talk to any manager or supervisor then he said they are not on duty this time..after that it seems like fishy to me so i said record all my conversation..again i was shocked to heard that they don't have facility to record.

when i bought a machine from reputed company IFB that time i know they will provide a good service from there service center after sale.but I'm very disappointed with there service n behavior towards their customers.

on the website of IFB there is juz 1 ID to email but that id is wrong when i mail on that my mail was bounce back.

I come to you..so please tell me what shall I do in this regard...
