it is interesting to see how the company is totally ignorant to the complaints of the customer... pls see belwo the mail chain till date
Dear Mr krishnamoorthy,
As discussed on telecom just a few minutes back, Your person has come and viewed for himself that the problem is not yet resolved and he can confirm that the wash quality is far below expectations.
I would sincerely hope that at least now you will help us by doing a replacement of the machine with new machine and solve our complaints.

However your father told him that there is no vessels left for the day for washing, hence asked Mr Srinivasan to come tomorrow. In the mean time we have received your mail, which sounds different from the discussion of my engineer with your father.
Still pl let us know the convenient time for tomorrow, so that our engineer Mr Srinivasan can visit your father's home.
