FAULTY PART NOT REPLACED

I had purchased IFB NAPTUNE DISHWASHER in the month of April. The machine worked only for 15 days. Henceforth, the machine used to display an error F5 approximately 40 minutes after working and used to stop functioning. I lodged a complaint in the Delhi service centre and after regular daily reminders they sent a technician who couldnt understand the fault. I complained to their head in Delhi centre, where Anuradha is the leader of Delhi zone. She hardly picked up the phone and when once attended, she sent another technician who said that the heater of the machine is not working and assured that he would replace the part in 2 days. He said he was not very sure that the fault is in heater but is guessing the problem. Now it is 1.5 months since then. No part is being delivered. The Delhi zone manager does not pick up our phone. The technician says that the company is not sending the part. On regular reminders to replace the machine they are not responding. I want my machine to be replaced because if a new machine does not work after 15 days of purchase. it is a manufacturing defect. Why should the customer suffer for it.i feel cheated by company.
