I bought a washing machine one year ago from IFB with a warranty of four years. After an year, it has started giving problems so I called customer care for help and they sent their man to fix it, but the problem started again the next day. Again I asked for help and they sent their mechanic to fix it but the same thing happened again. This process continued repeatedly for the next four months and then the company declared that they have failed to find and recognise the problem in the washing machine. Since then, they have stopped responding to my calls and have continued ignoring me even when I have the right to claim as the warranty is still active. After giving all the time I could as well as trying my best to get help, I have lost my patience hence I humbly request the authorities to help me get justice. I shall be highly obliged for the same, kindly look into the matter, thank you.
