This is the 5th complaint I am raising within a span of 1 year against AIRTEL for negligent and DECEITFUL deduction of charges on my prepaid number. All my earlier complaints were genuine and admitted by AIRTEL.
I have taken a AIRTEL special tariff plan valid for a year on Feb 10 for number 8116087816 of Rs 50 new connection. The plan entitles me to 50ps/min for all national and local calls and 50ps/SMS for all national and local SMS till Feb 10. Its even showing as special tariff when I query *111# on my mobile.
But since yesterday night suddenly I am being charged Rs 1.5/SMS for national and Rs 1 per local SMS with change of plan happening without my cognizance.
Customer Service is so poor, they flatly denied existence of any such plan on a new connection. I tried my best convincing them, but to no avail with such unresponsive and stubborn call center executives.
I need this addressed ASAP!!
