I purchased my Xenon ACE with Amaron battery. But since last month my ACE UPS is not working properly and not giving suffiecint backup. So I logged a complaint at Delhi's Amaron Customer Care : (011) 29541892. After that my place visited by a engineer.
Engineer told me that there is a problem with battery. That's why even after getting full charged battery is not giving sufficient backup. He told me that Xenon inverter is working fine, but battery need to be change (which was under warranty).
I was shocked, as I paid a huge amount for that specific battery only, when I purhcased Xenon ACE UPS along with. Though It's looks good that this happens with in battery's warrenty period but I was told by Amaron dealer that battery is very good and required no maintenance and will work longer than it's warranty period.
On the same Day, Battery service provider was informed who is responsible for battery change. But still no one visited to change my battery. I even called him and remind him many times. Every time he told me, he will visit when he got the time.
Till today, I am still waiting for my battery change. As per my experience, Amaron's customer service and after sales service are worst and there is no scope of getting after sales services.
