Extorting more money than agreed for operation

I was admitted to Park Hospital on 23rd July for Appendisectomy operation. The All inclusive cost of operation was agreed for Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) on phone with Dr. Vandana Thakur at 5.36 PM on that date, which I duly paid before admission. Next day, while I was under post –operative care, she alongwith other administrative staff started demanding Rs. 10, 000 more and forced my wife to pay Rs. 5000/- immediately and recovered another Rs. 5, 000 from me before discharging from hospital on 25th July.
