We are living in Dehradun. We have a land line no.0135-2751147. We have also got a Broad Band Connection. Since 20.11.2010 our telephone line was not functioning. A complaint was lodged with BSNL and the problem was resctified on 23.11.2010. Since then there in no link in the modem. Since 23.11.2010 we have been regularly contacting the toll free no.1504 and the only reply we are receving is that they will get the line checked up. Twice we have contacted PA to GM on his phone no.0135-2727374 but from there also we have not got any positive response. It may be possible that He may have instructed the concerned Exchange but the exchange people may not have paid any heed. It appears that all the claims of BSNL of customer service is not true and their Broadband Toll Free No.1504 here in Dehradun are of no use.
In case BSNL is not in a position to provide servive there is no reason to keep the land line connection and broad band connection and switch over to private operators.
