I have recently taken a broadband connection from BSNL in my fixed land line (number 23710812). The Department was very active at the time of installing the connection. After installation it was found that the modem was not functioning due to some problem in the same. When they were approached, complaints were lodged on various dates. However same were closed without any redressel. When we visited the exchange we were asked to approach the nearest franchise of BSNL to purchase a new modem. Our Billing has already started but we are not availing the service. Kindly look into the matter.
