Inr 870 deducted while bying products on "tradus. In" and no order was taken

When I tried to buy a fastrack bag, after the successful payment from axis bank net banking, suddenly there was no response from the tradus. In website.

Though I paid the amount, the "my orders" option in my tradus. In account says "no" orders.

I have paid inr 870.

I tried to contact with the company, but there was no clear response from their side.

My transaction details are :

My transaction ID: 27354023

my phone number: 9477305430.

Please take necessary action as the company is cheating on common man like me.

I earn my living just by doing tuitions and therefore 870 rs is not a joke for me.
