I purchased a HP printer and three books from Tradus via online shopping on 14th Oct. Without confirming the address they processed my payment and confirm that my order will be delivered on my old address ie Ghaziabad one. On seeing that my payment has been confirmed and order will reach Ghaziabad, I imdt contacted tradus. Their customer care executive told me that order will be delivered on Manipur address but they require a mail from my side for the same. I send them a mail on the same day ie 14 Oct.
After this also, to my surprise first they deliver the books on my ghaziabad address. When i called them up they were not aware of the problem only!!! One of thier customer care executive Mr Lakshya told me that he will come back to me within half an hour with the details. Next 6 hrs no body gave me a call from tradus and when again I ring them up they told me that I have to contact Airways ie courier company which is looking the delivery part of order. I gave a call to Airways and again to my suprise they told me that from tradus side thier is no request for address change!!! I again gave a call to Tradus and narrate the Airways story to Mr Lakshya and Sandeep.
Lakshya told me that I will get the delivery in next seven days, positively. And today ie 28 Oct I got a call from Airways tellling that they will be coming to deliver the printer at my GHAZIABAD address!!! I told them that about my problem and I got a quiz winning reply that thier is no address change request from Tradus side.
I gave a ring to Tradus which was attended by Sandeep. In a very unprofessional and rudy manner he told me that he will cancel my order and I will get my money back. I told him that ok, pl send me a mail confirming the same he told me that I will get the mail in next 30 min. The conversation happened at about 1000 hrs and it is more than 3 hrs and I havent received any mail from thier side.
I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience. They are just making money from customer's pockets.

Hi
It is in ref of my order no.-1047402. Till now i havent received my
order and the order is still moving in Delhi as the Airways man called
me up to deliver the printer in ghaziabad only.
I think this is the heights of unprofesionalism and misbehaviour with
your customer.
I would like to cancel my order with immediate effect. Failure on your
part will lead to a customer care n legal case against your
organisation (incl your ex- Lakshya and Sandeep with whom I was in
correspondance) for failure of delivery after taking payment and
making false promises for delivery.
It's a case of fraud and cheating with customer. I would like to know
that in how much time I will get my money back. Pl send a confirmatory
mail in this regard.
