Hope you can help me to get my delivery and give a good lesson to them so that they will not do this with any customer. after receiving the money also after 1 and 1/2 year they are not delivering the parcel.

At the time of delivery I was out of town and return on 06.7.2009 and got the attached Slip and immediately I contacted with the courier people and got to know that they have return the parcel just day before. Truly speaking they didn’t try for re attempt and assure us that they put the return quarries to get the parcel back. But till today no information,
