I am BSBL Broadband subscriber from Chandigarh (UT) with landline No.0172-2777150. I want to draw your attention about the non working of the BROADBAND. I made a complaint over the telephone No. 12678. As per their wording they said the complaint will be solved within 1-2 days. Although one lineman had visited our house he said that the wire is disconnected and had been connected again with DP Box. But despite that the problem remains same. One day somebody called to our landline and enquired about the connection, we have told him the till date the problem is not rectified. Sir, despite assurances from the P&T Deptt. my problem is not solved till date/time. I shall be highly obliged if through you my problem is solved.
